As a Coach, Carolyn loves helping people empower themselves and launch toward goal attainment!

Having written blogs and articles for the International Coach Federation (ICF), Carolyn is considered a Thought Leader on Coaching Competencies.

She holds the designations of Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC.)

For five years, Carolyn was an Alumni Coach for the Royal Roads University Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching Program. She also serves as a Panel Member, with faculty, to certify graduates from this program as Certified Executive Coaches.

Carolyn is a Mentor Coach within the ICF registry, providing mentor coaching to students of coaching certification programs as well as to certified coaches.

Carolyn has been a Coach Facilitator with the World Business Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) since 2018 and was honoured to be named a Top Facilitator within her first year. In 2020, she was chosen as an Ethical Coach for the WILD(Women in Leadership) Network (Ethical Coach is the philanthropic arm of WBECS.)

She is also a Coach Educator who teaches coaching skills to leaders and organizations (and individuals preparing for ICF certification), as a licensed trainer for Coaching Out of the Box®. Please click here for more information.
